I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was simple. that’s the main reason I’d come back, if the site ever got slow or annoying to use, I’d probably just shop somewhere else

"The loyalty points are actually worth something"
I’ve been ordering from JD Seasonings for a while now, and to be fair, the loyalty points are a nice little bonus. They add up quicker than I expected, which is refreshing because some places make rewards feel completely pointless. I’ve used mine for money off a couple of times, and thankfully it was simple enough with no messing about

This has been a easy fit for my gluten-free diet, which I really appreciate. I didn’t have to overthink how to use it with my meals, and it’s been convenient so far. I’m always a little wary of dealing with customer service if something goes wrong, but luckily I haven’t had any reason to contact them.

I ordered a few seasonings and, it was nice to see they actually had every one I wanted in stock. Reading between the lines, that told me they’ve got their inventory well sorted, because there was no fussing around or waiting on restocks. The site was straightforward to use, my order went through without any issues, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Loads of choice and made my dinners less boring"
I really liked how much choice there is on jdseasonings.com. I picked up a few different tubs, there were loads I’d never tried before, which is exactly what I needed because I get so bored making the same chicken or mince meals. For me, the variety is the best part — it just makes my dinners feel a bit more interesting without me having to think too hard. The site was easy to browse too, so I’ll definitely be ordering more

I’ve ordered from JD Seasonings a few times now and I do think the prices are fair… at least, I’m sure they work out better than grabbing random packets from the supermarket. The tubs seem to last longer than I expected, and you really don’t need much each time, so it feels like decent value overall. I’m only giving 4 stars because the delivery cost can make me second-guess it a bit if I’m just buying one or two things. Still, I’d probably order again.

I was a bit embarrassed because I told my family I had some new seasonings coming for dinner that week, and then they took over a week to show up. The seasonings themselves are fine, no real complaints there, but the delivery was way slower than I expected and frustrating.

Ordered from jdseasonings.com the other day. Just a quick one really. Checkout was easy, no hunting around for where to add discount codes or delivery details. It was all just there, nice and clear. I needed to change my email and check an old order on my JD Seasonings account, and it was all really easy, really easy.
I logged in without any issues, updated my details in a couple of minutes, and my order history was right there. Always nice when a site just works and you don’t have to message anyone or chase anything up...

"Decent seasonings, but I’m not fully sold"
The seasonings were fine overall, nothing bad, but I still don’t totally trust the brand yet. The site felt a little too pushy for me, and I wish there had been clearer info before ordering. I was charged quickly too, but didn’t really get much of an update after that, which made me a bit uneasy. I might buy again at some point, but I’m definitely not in a hurry.

"Really tasty seasonings"
I’ve tried a few JD Seasonings now most of them are really nice. My favourites so far are the chips one and the fajita mix, they’re packed with flavour and so easy to use. How can something so simple make dinner taste that much better?? A couple are a bit salty for my taste, but overall I’d definitely buy them again.

I ordered a few pots and one of them arrived cracked, which I’m sure happened in the post. I messaged JD Seasonings and got a reply the same day from someone who was really helpful. There was no fuss at all, they just asked for a photo and sent a replacement straight out. It arrived really quickly and they were super nice about it the whole time. such easy customer service and I’d definitely order again.

"Really nice and fresh"
